Here is what I collect when you use iamjayhay.com and ai.iamjayhay.com, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. Plain and honest, the way I like it.

01Who I am

I Am Jay Hay is run by Jordan Hayward, a sole proprietor based in Louisiana, USA ("I," "me," "my"). Questions about your information go to hello@iamjayhay.com.

02What I collect

  • What you give me: your name, email address and country when you sign up or check out, plus anything you send me by email or post in High Agency HQ.
  • Payment details: card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and cookies set by my site platform and payment processor.

03How I use it

  • To deliver what you signed up for or bought, including course access and login emails
  • To send emails about my free resources, products and services (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To answer your questions and support your account
  • To improve my offers and keep my site secure, including preventing fraud
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

04Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the services that run this business, and only as needed:

  • Systeme.io, which hosts my pages, checkout, courses, community and emails
  • Stripe, which processes payments, including Apple Pay and Klarna

I may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone's safety.

05Cookies

Cookies keep the site and checkout working, remember what you typed into forms, and help me understand how pages perform. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, like checkout, may stop working.

06Emails

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe, you may still get emails about purchases or access to things you bought.

07How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as you have an account or a customer relationship with me, and after that for as long as I need it for legal, tax or record keeping reasons.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I have about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have extra rights under local law. Email hello@iamjayhay.com and I will respond within a reasonable time.

09Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, so I can't promise absolute security.

10Age

My site and products are meant for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.

11Where your data goes

I'm based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the US and anywhere my service providers operate.

12Changes

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
