These terms cover iamjayhay.com, ai.iamjayhay.com, and everything you sign up for or buy from me. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.
01Who I am
I Am Jay Hay is run by Jordan Hayward, a sole proprietor based in Louisiana, USA ("I," "me," "my"). You can reach me at hello@iamjayhay.com.
02Who can use this
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from me or join High Agency HQ.
03What you get
My digital products, including prompt packs, guides, templates and the Mission Control Dashboard Starter, are delivered through online courses at ai.iamjayhay.com. You log in with the email you used to sign up or buy. Anything included as a bonus or launch special is described on the page at the time you buy.
04Payments
Prices are in US dollars and are one time payments unless the page says otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes may be added at checkout where required.
05Digital products are final sale
Because you get instant access to digital files, refunds on digital products aren't available. Calls and sessions follow the policy in section 08. If you were charged by mistake or can't access something you paid for, email hello@iamjayhay.com and I'll make it right.
06How you can use my materials
- Use them for yourself and your own business.
- Don't resell, share, give away, republish or repackage them, and don't share your login.
- Everything I create, including prompts, templates, guides, text, design and branding, stays my intellectual property.
07High Agency HQ
High Agency HQ is my free community and home for your files. Be respectful, no spam, no harassment, and no posting other people's private information. I may remove posts or access for anyone who breaks these rules. I may also change the community or the free resources in it over time.
08Calls and sessions
- Rescheduling: You can move your call once for free with at least 24 hours notice. Email hello@iamjayhay.com. Any later change is at my discretion.
- Refunds: If you cancel before you submit your onboarding interview, you get $200 back. The $99 commitment fee is non-refundable. Once your interview is submitted, the call can't be refunded, but you can still reschedule under the rule above.
- Late or missed calls: I'll wait 10 minutes. If I haven't heard from you by then, the call counts as used and isn't refunded.
- 1:1 mentorship: Details are shared when you apply.
09Honest expectations
- My products are educational. Results depend on you and how you use them, so I can't guarantee any specific outcome.
- AI tools change often and can still produce wrong or made up answers. You are responsible for checking anything your AI tells you before you act on it.
- Nothing I share is legal, financial, medical or mental health advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional.
10Other people's tools
My products work with tools from other companies, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Notion. Those tools have their own terms and pricing, and I'm not responsible for how they work or change.
11As is
The site and my products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no warranties beyond what these terms say.
12Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
14Privacy
How I handle your information is explained in my privacy policy.
15Changes
If I update these terms, I'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
